How can I cancel my entire order or individual items from my order before shipping?If you wish to cancel your order or items of your order, please send us an email with your order number to shop@viridisartsandmedia.com. Please note that cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after placing the order.

Can I withdraw my order of personalized or tailored products?The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Can I withdraw my order of digital products, such as audiobooks or e-books?You can withdraw these items if you didn't accept the checkbox for "I expressly agree that the seller may begin performing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period. I understand that by agreeing to this, I lose my right of withdrawal once the contract has begun to be performed." at the checkout of your order, or didn't start the download of the item. If so, your right of withdrawal has expired.

How long do I have to withdraw my order?The withdrawal period for physical products is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of goods.

Will I be reimbursed for the return shipping costs?The return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer.

Can I still complain about or return an item after the withdrawal period has expired?It depends. We are only liable for ensuring that the purchased goods are free of defects at the time of purchase, but not for the unlimited durability of the item, wear and tear, or problems caused by improper use. If a defect occurs within six months of purchase, the law assumes that this defect was already present when the item was shipped. However, this does not apply to books or digital products (e.g., audiobooks, e-books, etc.), and we also have the option of refuting this assumption for other items and will exercise this right if necessary. However, if it is indeed a material defect attributable to poor workmanship or insufficient quality, the following options are available: We have the right to repair the defective item twice. Only if this subsequent performance fails or is impossible or disproportionate can the contract be rescinded. The goods and money will then be returned to the other party and the purchase price and the original shipping costs will be refunded to the buyer. However, by agreement, the goods may also be retained by the buyer and a subsequent reduction in the original purchase price may be made.
